I'm looking for a part # for a kit or a least the pins to fix the head bolt holes between the intake ports.o No: Kerry S. had posted a while back that CV Products had a kit to do this with stainless pins, reamers, ect. I could call CV products but It would be a bit of a hassle from Kuwait plus I want to make sure to get the right stuff. A Buick guy SHOULD know, right? Any help would be much appreciated. I'm going through the motor and doing alot of other stuff when I get back so I figure I should take out the brass sleaves and fix it right. :TU:

The aluminum around the bolt hole has clapsed to the point that the roof of the port on both side of the bolt has cracked. :jd:I need to drill down the bolt hole to the floor of the port and install a steel pin that is shaved down on the sides as to not interfer with the air flow. I went to link you gave me and tryed to find the sleeves/pins with no luck. Maybe its something they don't have listed anymore and I need to e-mail them. o No: I've seen a pair of Stg 4 heads at the GS Nationals with the pins but they were for sale for a friend and didn't have any info on them.
