What is a standard Lark steering wheel? Too many years and interiors... A photo of what you have would be swell.
Gary's Steering Wheel Restorations in Pennsylvania (717 243 5646). Another is Quality Restorations in California (858 271 7374) I have a friend that used Gary (he was recommended to him) for a Camaro wheel and it looked like new when it was finished. It was not cheap, he paid about a grand to have it refurbished, and that was a couple of years ago. I don't have any personal experience with Quality but I have seen their name referenced several times before and people have always said they were impressed with their work. You can look up either on the web to get an idea of the quality work they do.
Last person I knew used the California place . His wallet was $1400 lighter . He said it looked good but I don't think its worth $1400 . Seems there should be decent used ones for a lot less .
Hi Pat, What color is your interior? I've got a blue original in nice shape that I've been thinking of selling.... LMK.
Pat, I didn't see what year model you are looking for? I assume a '70 since you were looking for other parts for a '70 Stage 1 in a different thread. This is the standard wheel in '70 for the Skylark and GS350, is this what you are looking for? This was NOT used in a '70 GS big block (GS455 or GS Stage 1). That changed in '71 and this "Bat Wing" steering will did became the standard steering wheel for all Buick A-bodies, even the GS455 and GS Stage 1. This is the Deluxe wheel that was standard in the '70 GS455 and GS Stage 1 if the car was want ordered with a rim blower or rallye steering wheel.
The one in my car is the second one you showed and i was looking for the optional three spoke sport wheel in dark brown if i could find one and if not was going to have my steering wheel refurbished as it needs a face lift car is code 10 white with burnished saddle interior Thanks

Unless you're in a huge hurry, nice used wheels (both like what your car came w/ & 3-spoke Rallye) in dark brown come uo for sale although would be interesting to see what Gary's charges. I've bought a couple nice std. wheels in black. When I find a nicer one I just sell the lesser. Also on the 3-spoke make sure you get a 16". '71-up are 15" although not sure if the 15" were ever even made in dark brown.
