I have a 70 Rivi with the steering wheel that has the horn ring built into the wheel ring and goes the entie circumference of the wheel. It has a tortoise shell looking strip on top the the steering wheel facing the driver that is starting to crack and come out. Does anybody rebuild/restore these wheels. Except for this the wheel is in great condition.

Thanks for the info. Based on your suggestion I have checked Hemmo\ings and found a number of services that restore steering wheels.
