Star Wars Air Cleaner Filter - anybody know if Killer Filter will work?

says it is a direct replacement for Fram CA179.

I would call/email and get exact dimensions.

A few I have checked before were not correct.

One was an inch to large diameter and would not work at all.

I measured mine.
It is:
3" tall.
8.5 ID
9.75 OD
11/16" thick

ID is snug on the base, and has 11/16" from the face of the filter to the lip/groove that mates with the housing.

FRAM CA 179 APL fits . I have the cross reference to others in the garage but any good parts store can cross reference to Hastings , Napa or whatever

Rock Auto had the cheapest but there are multiple options on eBay as well.

 

It fits other makes and models too .

Hastings is # AF 60 . And NAPA is # 2082

 

I don't think they still make that Fram filter?
