Check out Jeg's part number 555-30526.

This is supposed to be a 2 1/2" mandrel bent 304 stainless header back kit for 73-77 A-bodies, with mufflers. Regular price $429 on sale for 179 with no tax and free shipping. You can't get 2 stainless mufflers for that price.
I've got one coming and will report back when it gets here.

I installed this kit a 5 or so years ago. Bought some Flowmasters off the shelf at Autozone. Cut everything down to size, bolted it up and had the seems welded up a few months later.

    Very good purchase.

OK got the kit. Here are the details. 409 stainless pipes and mufflers. The clamps and hangers appear to be zinc plated mild steel. Clamps are light duty 5/16". I was thinking that stuff looked pretty good and wondered where it was made. I was thinking US made but then saw the made in China on the box. The welds are TIG welded and look pretty good. Tailpipes are made in 3 pieces and come with 2 parts welded and a slip joint that would need to be clamped or welded on install. Front pipes are 2 piece with the header collector welded on. Mufflers are 9x5 and are 13 inches long, welded and have dual tubes inside. I don't think the tailpipes would fit a 68-72. They look way different. I don't have a 73-77 so I can't say how the fit is. For the cost if the system fits it's a pretty good deal. See the photos.

    Update.
Finally installed this kit on my 73 Century. Used TA down pipes which are excellent.
Kit fit well with no surprises. I cut off the welded on header collectors and welded all the pipes after fitting them. I had my local muffler shop bend turndowns on the tailpipes and cut them at an angle. I did snap 1 clamp. They are not stainless and only 5/16" U bolt. I tack welded the mufflers so they could not twist.
Short case mufflers sound nice in the garage. Was raining today so I didn't take it out to see if it drones on the highway. Will report back after driving it.

Yes, report back on those short case muffs.
I know short case flows (2 chamber) are loud. I run the 3 chamber long case flows. They still have some mid speed drone.

They had that deal for the g body kit a while ago. Hope they do it again. Heard good things about it.

These are short case but not chambered like Flowmasters. They are conventional tube style guts with no sign of fiberglass packing.
I drove the car on the highway today, there is no drone. Just driving around town they are no louder than the long case Dynomax on my 72. They are louder at idle and sound quite good.
