stage2 street eliminator heads.

What do you think is the most power you can coax out of a set of street eliminator heads with a stock stroke and also if you use a stroker.(unlimited CI)?

 

Well, Iv'e got and old set of T/A stage 2 heads, and a 494 stroker eng. built by T/A in '98 and had approx.640hp and 630TQ
and last year we installed a T/A 308s cam and cleaned the heads a little, as well bumped the compression from 12:1 to 13.4:1 and pick up nearly 70 Hp from Earick racing engs. in Newark OH.
as is now, Dyno specs were 706HP and 650TQ
this is a full weight car, prolly 3850/3900 lbs. best et. is 10.46@127mph

I run a 468 inch motor with a custom desighned Scott brown cam. My Street Elimanators have had some welding done on them and a lot of port work but the last time it was on the pump it made 743hp and 635 foot pounds. It does have near to 14to 1 right now and that helps.

 

I run .38 over 455 ported heads 12.1 pistons t/a 508s cam 10.56 at 127

 

with my 535 I have dyno sheets with 825 HP @ 6300 rpm and 801 torque @ 4300 rpm. I have been taken a 4000 lb car as fast as 10.18@134 but the speed was at another track from the ET

The last time to the scales it weighed in at a slim 3865 big fat pounds not really a lite weight. all steel all glass full interior 3 inch exhaust to the bumper 10.5 tire and ten teens when it feels like it at over 131. Hope that helps

Before I blew my 464 at Etown in Sept, the wagon went 10.31 @ 129.85 in the crapy weather. I was hoping for 10 teen's at Cecil but next year will be here soon. I'll use the same S. E. alum heads,KB intake, 1040 dom, all on a new 494 stroker with a new 508 solid ( old one is in 5 pieces). Hey , with a little more weight loss ( fiberglass rear bumper "MIKE") ,alum driveshaft and frontend work----------- 9.99??????
