Just seen these repro'ed Stage 1 valve covers that John Csordas had (see below). Excellent chrome work and top quality. These are not reconditioned, they are new and no core exchange is needed. They are made by Noah Performance Inc at 631-427-2881. Available are 1970-72 Stage 1 covers with a stamped part number at $169.95 a pair. And Chrome covers for the 400-430-455 engines without a part number for 1967and up at $125 a pair. John will have the pair on display this weekend at Buick Performance Weekend at Englishtown, NJ.

WOW!!! These are new???? Do they sell unchromed ones?? And when are they going to start punching out oil pans???LOL Be nice to have a perfect oil pan instead of dented and scratched ones...

Is it just me or does the top one appear to be missing a hole for the mounting bolt??

    Hey Rick-those covers look beautiful!:TU:

I'll have to order a set and keep my original ones aside.

As for oil pans-that would be a great item to reproduce. Not only are our pans old and dented, but some of them are even rusted pretty badly. Kind of wished these pans were available when I had my Stage 1 completely apart.:Brow:

Are there any plans to make actual '67-'69 400/430 chrome valve covers? Or are the same covers as shown in the picture the covers you are talking about, except without the part number? I was a little confused by your post.

    :Do No:

Rick and John, I thnk you need to bring me a set of '70s to Norwalk, needed for GSX #14! or do we go direct to the supplier?? Let me know, thanks! Way cool!

Yes, I would buy two right now....this picture would be so much nicer if the pan didn't have that dent in the corner...every car I have ever seen has dents and scratches. And they can be very obvious with just a quick glance under the car...

    Buick_350X,

'67-'69 Buick 400/430 Valve covers look different than the pair shown in your link. The pair in the link may fit, but the would not look correct.

Roberta just call Anthony direct for the covers. He also has the studs and hardware for the covers. Real nice quality! Tell him I sent you. If you can make a deal he can probably drop a few sets off at my shop and I can bring them out to Norwalk.

I just checked the site. Could not find info/pics of Buick screws/posts/retainers. Please let us know the price for the hardware set. I need to place a couple orders.

Any idea on having them for roller rocker cars?
I think they would need to be 1/2" taller?

    Marco,

Are those '67 covers? My '68 covers do not have the wire retainers and my covers also have a hole for the PCV valve. Mine are more like the '69 version.

I wish they would repop this style for that price...:Brow:

Buick did offer a "chrome dress up package" in '67 and '69 but not in '68. I wonder why not '68 :Do No: They still would look good on my '68 GS (not correct, but cool..).

George, you must email or call him to order the bolts. They just came in Friday I believe so that's why he does not have them on the website yet. I think Cars sells the bolts as well.
