Are the Stage 1 track Eliminator heads The same as the Stage 3 TE heads? Do they flow the same with some porting? What is the difference in them?

    Some of the differences

Intakes should flow about the same ported.

    Differences:
Stg 3 uses a different roller rocker to work with the spread valves.

Stg 3 uses different headers since the exhaust port is in a different location

Stg 3 has more cfm potential on the exhaust port and flow better out of the box-good for nitrous.

Stg 3 requires the chambers the be machined as they come with just valve seats. They will not flow without the chambers done.

I'm not sure if the Stg 1 TE use the Stg 3 TE rockers or not. I'm pretty sure since it still carries the Stg 1 designation.
