Stage 1 iron heads

These came from a running car, but I'd replace the springs, seals, retainers, etc. Can't say whether they're factory or someone had them machined, but they're right for stage 1 valves and should meet your needs after some TLC. $1,000 OBO, you have to come get them.

EDIT: I bought these 15 years ago from a guy in his driveway. I think he said they came from a Centurion.

BTW, I need a bare 455 block with the caps, maybe the crank. We can work out a trade, maybe.

 

Those are a 73 casting, so they would be low production if real stage 1 heads.

 

Any way to definitely tell?

I'm not sure how to tell real stage from made into.

It's my understanding the factory just plucked heads from the line and made them into stage1. I'm not aware of any casting number differences

 

Those are factory big valve heads, as the chamber is unshrouded
