Stage 1 Carb

    Hi all,
    I was wondreing what the CFM of the stock carb on a 455 Stage 1 is, afetr my rebuild I'm not sure if I'll be able to buy the carb of my choice right away and was just wondering if the stocker would be sufficient.

    It's the same CFM on all the big blocks. The difference is in the jetting.

    For Buick big blocks, I've heard between 730-750 CFM for 1969-1970, and 800 CFM for the later years.
