ST - 400 (1964 Only) Converter??

    Does a TH 400 converter work in a 1964 ST-400. I ask because the 1964 was the only one of it's kind (A bastard child of sorts). I am no tranny man by any stretch, so if you get technical make it so a 5 year old can understand.
    I am thinking of putting in a higher stall converter in my riv for more off the line performance (425 nailhead mostly stock) stock gears. any suggestions would be great...links, that sort of thing - Thanks :3gears: :beer

    Ok, simple answer. The 64 ST400 uses the same converter as any 68 and up TH400. Only the 65-67 ST400 ones are unique. :Smarty:
