Do you have any news on the release date of the spx intake.
Also did you ever get to dyno with the HVH spacer plate.

    Hi Terrance,

At this point, release date on the SPX is yet to be determined. I have a motor and a customer patiently waiting for one.

Yes, we did dyno with your spacer on a couple motors, both times it has picked up. My dyno operator reports that he has seen improvement on some motors, but not on all of them. I was waiting to use it on a couple more motors, to see if we can say that it is an improvement on the majority of Buick engine combo's.

If you need it back now, just let me know, and i will get it on it's way.

Improvement has been in the 6-8 HP range, over the dart cloverleaf spacer we always use.

And we nicknamed it "Martha".. if you recall what they call that spacer, you will understand that joke..

Let me know, and thanks for providing it for testing.

Which HVH spacer did you use?
Direct HP increase or did you have to play around w/ jetting?

    The "Super Sucker"...

And yes, direct HP increase. If a carb change was needed, we would do it, but it has not been.

Thanks for the reply Jim. No I dont need it right now. I'm still deciding which way to go with my motor size 464 or 470. Plus I would like to see the results with the new SPX and its improve ments with it .
I'm on the the waiting list with TA for the intake which brings about another question I've decided to go with a 9375 dominator set from my bg silver claw 1000 cfm so it will probably be on the parts for sale list very soon.
