Spark plug wires

I have a 1950 Buick Special in need of plugs & wires, after calling every auto parts store in a 35 miles radius i found that no one carries wires for my car, I was wondering if anyone knew a good place to get wires, or if those universal kits will work? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
