Fully square tube with greasable bearings......can put sway bar in... These change the geometry and provide alot of traction.......I used these in my 3850 pound car to run mid 11s on 9"tires. I installed an alf weibie rear setup when I removed these. They have been sitting on my self ever since Summit sells the same thing today new for 450 upper and lower.......I'm asking 250 plus shipping. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-sm1103l And https://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-sm1312 Can get instructions on summit site.....very easy to install.
They are very well constructed. The derlin bushing are readable, so I would imagine as long as you kept enough in there and often it shouldn't be an issue. Seeing the only rubber bushing left would be the one in the housing it will firm up the ride a little I'm sure .......but there would be alot less deflection that for sure when your on it hard
I think these are on those lesser known product because they aren't overly advertised........but are crazy effective
Stepping out for now. I'm looking for something a little more maintenance free for the street. Excellent price, though. GLWS.
It's pretty easy......just take the grease gun to bushings every oil change........2 on each bottom, 1 on each top......I would guess it will take 2 mins????? I've heard to only use synthetic grease with durlin bushings
Stage2, I was unable to get to check shipping cost, let's just call it 20 bucks and if over no big deal.
