As ya'll know I tried to be there but my Regal had other ideas. One crank sensor and ignition module later the car is once again running. To say that I am heartbroken that I missed the event is an understatement, I'm absolutly crushed that I wasn't there. However, the fact that there was such a good turnout and so much positive response from those that were there makes me feel good! All I can say is.....next year baby!
Kurt, What missed, I held my cell phone over the wall at the 330 mark for over an hour, so you could hear some runs, you were certainly there in spirt, and you got to hear Da Wagon go down the track, with Mr. Bucy at the helm. I can't think of a way this event could have been better, except for your presence. Now get in the WH1 and drive to Chicago :laugh: :moonu: and since you spent a bunch of money to stay home I won't send you my cell phone bill ou: We really did miss you Kurt, next year for sure. Beth

John, 'fraid you'll have to, I have nothing to haul it with! Funny thing is now that the stress of fixing the car is off of me NOW I'm feeling down, Beth can vouch that I was pretty upbeat through the whole thing.

thanks Beth, I'll get your jack out to you this week or next week, must box it up then UPS it out. I think this weekend I'm going to work on the 1972 Yamaha, try to get it back on the road...I miss riding that one!
