Believe I found a 69 Camaro RS for sale. Can any body tell me how to identify it. What engines, block #'s, VIN, etc. Any help appresiated. Regards, Per. :beer :beer
Thanks a lot. Believed that RS was something special. Seems to be just a normal option, fitted to any engine size, etc. :spank: I'll rather go for Buicks. Per. :beer :beer
there are many rs cars & more ss cars , but not too many rs/ss cars . my brother has a 67 rs/ss 350 , in show condition.
Z/28's are worth looking for too and command a good price usually. It is to the Camaro as the Boss 302 is to the Mustang.
Beware Z28s! There are more Z28s out there for sale than was ever made in 69. GM got rich selling emblems and hoods for those things. Boy, I would have to have some good docs. to pay the price of a good Z. Jim N.
SS camaro I just bought a '68 SS 427 4sp. I did not know a lot about Camaros until last week. Tonight I will pm you sites that list engine codes, head codes, carb codes etc. . Be mindful that a lot of those cars had engines changed which can affect values significantly. It appears that big block Camaros are extremely desirable right now. Mike '72staged
I'd love to find a mint 1981 z28 with T-tops, anyone know of any good sites for that body? 2nd Generation? ________ Vaporizer wholesaler
Camaro Per, the RS was only a beauty package. Tires, striping, a tack. It had nothing to do with a speed package. My older brother got a '68 RS in '72 when he married his third wife. ( It was hers ).
Thanks Thanks to all of you. I'll just had a look at it, and it is a 69 RS, (with a smal block 2 barrel). Need paint and rust repairs. Upholstry bad etc. I'll better look for something else. (Actually, I am very happy with my one and only Lebanese 68 Riv 455) Per. :beer :beer
