SOLD!!!! Bought this and never used it. It's in perfect condition except for the wrinkles, a day in the sun would probably take those out! It measures 23" x 35", appears to be vinyl with foam back. Tag says "Made in the USA". $25 plus shipping, PP as a gift. Thanks!
