Hey everyone, Stacy was driving the car and someone in front of her had a blowout, she swerved and braked and thought everything was ok. But when she got home she saw this in the grill.ou: . Then she was :ball: to me.
Great to hear that Mike! I'll PM you. Jarrod, the rest of the grill is in good shape. Not near perfect, just good.
You should be able to find someone on here to sell you a donor piece of that waffle pattern and with a little work, surgically install it....good opportunity to refinish the grille with new paint if it needs that anyway(couldn't tell from the pic). A little filing with a fine file, a little pre-fitting the donor part and a little glue and paint and you will not be able to tell is has been repaired. Patton
I used a razor saw that I bought at a hobby store and some super bad super glue and the one in my GS is fixed and has been 135 MPH and holds up. Measure the section I will see what I have left for sections
Thanks for the help everyone!:beer I will measure the hole in the morning and get back with you Mike. James
looks to me like 15 waffles wide x 5 waffles tall....maybe add a waffle on each end and trim it down a waffle. Or should I have said "eggcrates"
