skylark67dt- Pete Triggs- AVOID!!!!

Long story that I will condense. Became 'friends' with Pete after he purchased one of my old cars off another member. I ended up buying back from Pete. Gave him 2/3 of the money months before picking up the car- to help him out. Drove 12 hours down to get it, load it up and screwed back home. After inspecting it, noticed the data tag was GONE, as well as a few other hard to find parts. Pete promised to look for the tag and parts and send them to me. Pete was also going to send the title - 'when (his) parents came back from their vacation'.

After a month or so of empty promises, Pete disappeared. My phone calls went unanswered/ not returned, PM's and emails ignored. This ordeal began May/June 2009. So....

Hey Jim,

Although I do appreciate all of the support I received on my 'Pete Triggs' thread in the buyer seller feedback section of the form, is there a way you could delete the replies below my initial post and lock it? Would rather people just read my initial post and make their own decision on whether or not to deal with Mr Triggs.

If you think it would would help, feel free to post this if you lock it up.
