 Just about done. Waiting for ulphostery for back seat. And have short console cover that needs to dyed :Comp: . picking up lowersprings (2 inch) :Brow: . After that I will decide on 17 inch wheels (to be or not to be). :Do No: Engine bay needs some detailing. I found stainless sleeves for wiper blades. :TU: Need to order detailed labels and I am on my way. :Smarty: (but it never really ends does it?)

Seen Georges cars, looks sweet. Red and black one. I will start with 2 inch drop and take it in for a while...then I willl see. My Buick rims are perfect so it breaks my heart to tuck em away! I need new tires, mabe I could go a little higher and a little wider. Coker(not sure if I got that right) sell a nice firestone wide oval which is a repro of an era tire for that car ...anyhow the car is not going anywhere till the spring.

Did you install rear fender well mouldings off of a '67 special? All '67 Skylarks came with rear fender skirts I thought. I like it better with out them--I think they look weird on the cars.

    Red Lines!

I love the look of red line tires on buick rims. There's a picture on the board of a centurion with redlines that is smokin! It has a restoration feel with a hint of performance. I think it makes the car stand out among a see of billet.

I'm considering 17" rallye wheels if I can find a way to add red lines to a set of 17" wheels. I like mixing modern with a resto flair.

Thanks for the feedback. I also like mixing old with new, our house is decorated with that same eclectic mix.. (except when it comes to women...no offense ladies I like keeping things at par)....wait a minute...

Back to the topic at hand...have you guys seen these tires...I believe that a 17 inch with a low profile GOLD line to compliment my interior would be sweet.
