It's only a bone stock '67 GS 400 with 2:91 posi rear, hence it falls off fast after the 1-2 shift.

A buddy of mine (forum member) took this short video with my Hi8 camera almost ten years ago while I was driving. I had no way to upload it to my computer so I ran my tape on the TV set and shot it with my digital camera with video mode (hence the poor quality).

I haen't been to this site in more than a year now, so I don't know what may have been posted here, but would be interested in seeing some street burn outs, etc. if anyone has them. I checked youtube and didn't find too much.

I just wish there was home video tape back in late '60s and early '70s when I was doing some street racing, but mainly test runs from a standing start and through the gears after making modifications to my engine(s).

May take about 15 seconds to load after clicking start button. I have some more videos similar to this one that I will post later.

    '66 GS 401 convertible burnout

I took this video while my buddy was driving his '66 GS convertible. He's currently putting (if not completed already) a rebuilt 425 in it for more gowl!
I just love those high torker nail heads!

Maybe he will chime in on this post and update me.
