Has any one done a disc brake conversion on a 55 Buick? Am keeping the original suspension, but would like to update the brakes. Also, what kind of problems arise from swapping a later model nailhead with a modern overdrive trans., because of the x-frame on the 55 (tunnel for the torque tube)? Finally, if I swap out the engine, what rear ends will work, and can I use the existing wishbone trailing arms along with the existing panhard bar on the new rearend? Thanks
