Seen a tag like this before on a '72? What is it?

I bought a '72 Skylark 4-door sedan this weekend that was a garage kept car with only 25,320 miles (in 1999 it had under 10k miles). The car is a virgin untouched survivor and and has a few original tags that I have never seen before.

This tag is on the firewall... ever seen one before? Any idea what it is or what it means?

Gee, Gary, with all those unmolested cars, you'll may be able to get tax-exempt status as a museum!
That's an interesting tag. I'd be hunting for the build sheet to see what code, if any, matches that tag. Is it a Flint car?
    Keep the pix coming....
    Regards~

The car was built in Flint 1st week of July 1972, so it's a late production car.

The interior is the best part of the car, the previous owner says the rear seat has never been sat in, the seat belts look like new, and the dash bezel is so perfect it could go into a concourse car. One interior door panel is warped at the bottom, unfortunately the car is a 4-door sedan. My wife has already named it: "The Turd"

The trunk has the original mat and the spare and jack are like new and have never been used. It still has the original upper and lower radiator hoses, and original heater hoses, and 1 original engine belt. I'm going to replace these items and use the car as daily transportation. It got 18-19 mpg on the highway while driving it back from Chicago last weekend, but it broke down on us (original water pump spit out the seal and bearing). This weekend I am going to clean it up and take a few pictures of the interesting items for future reference.
