Seat bracket colour?

    Hi all

    Getting ready to change the seat foams in the GSX and was wondering, what is the correct colour of the bucket seat brackets where they mount to the floor?

    Are they supposed to be black, natural metal, or something else?

    PS I did search on the site, but was unable to come up with anything.

    I believe they were suppose to be natural. That’s why they rusted so fast. You could soda blast and satin clear them, but maybe someone who does restos will chime in.

    I’m no expert but from the ones I’ve seen and redone
    They were natural ,
    The ones I’ve redone I bead blast and clear
