Hi guys.I have a 64 Skylark convertible and i put lap belts in some years back,I would like to upgrade to something a bit safer,The car is for road use only,Any ideas,Thanks
I assume you are talking about putting in shoulder belts. I think it will be hard to pull off on a convertible, but nothing is impossible given enough money and time. You are looking at someone fabricating something up or possibly swapping in seats that have an integrated shoulder belt. Changing seats would be the easier option I think, but then the car won't look the same.
