10-15 hours labor to R&R unit, depending on AWD or not and rust. Depending on how much damage there is, and what hard parts need to be replaced, the actual bench rebuild is $2k-2.5k WHOLESALE. Buying a crate trans from GM (if you can get one) or from a rebuilder like Jasper, you can add $500.

GM seems to at least regained some styling IMO, and the Enclave's interior appointments and ride are fantastic! Reliability, on the other hand, well, leaves a little room for improvement.
