Be carefull with this one. It was on eBay in Florida. Now it's in Utah for much less. http://www.ksl.com/index.php?sid=0&nid=443&tab=list/view&ad=3702760
The car did not reach the reserve price on E-Bay and it's a local car to me. Even if it sold yesterday which was when the auction ended there is no way it's in Utah today. He was asking $14,000 for it locally so I guarantee you it did not sell for the $3299 asking price in that add. Buyer beware Here is the listing http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...0486522802&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK:MEWAX:IT
It's a bogus listing in UT . http://www.v8buick.com/showthread.php?t=220351 This $hit happens all the time . Damn shame , Chuck
3.5 liter? That's 212 cubic inches! And, yes, I saw that same ad awhile back in FLA. Sumpin' fishy. If it were real, I'd buy it in a heartbeat...and scrape that GS stuff off. Sheesh.
That would be a really nice Sportwagon if it didnt have the bogus blackout treatment and the Oldsmobile steering wheel.ou: It can be saved!
I agree, it is a nice car and I would love to have it. If you are interested in this one make sure you are buying from the registered owner and the car is right in front of you. This person obviousely does not have the car and is out to collect someone's money. I reported them to KSL.com so they will be moving one to someplace else to try their scam.
I emailed the real owner about this through the e-bay contact, Just called and left a message at the number on the E-bay listing. I'll let you guys know what I find out.
KSL is a local TV and Radio for Utah and near by states. They started the news web site with a classified ad connection that has turned into a very popular place to sell local. No fees for personal listings. Almost killed the local news paper classifieds and it's much better than Craigs list. The site is very good about keeping on top of scams.
