well I got a 350 4V out of a 70 Le Sabre to put in my 84 regal. Many questions I would greatly appreiciate any insight on... *What should I do for front suspension(motor mounts, shocks, springs, etc)? Can I use the V6 stuff? *Can I use the Le sabre's radiator and shroud? *How can I use my stock 84 regal air with this motor Thanks a ton, Dan
What shocks and springs? (350 SBB 84 Regal) Dan or anyone else with an SBB'd Regal, I'm at the point where I have to order shocks and springs and could use some advice. I'd like a firm ride droped an inch give or take... The SBB weighs 450lbs 75lbs more than the 3.8 125lbs less than an SBC Only 25lbs more than a cheby 3.8 hmmmm Although $200+ springs are cool, I'm REALLY into "$50 a pair" Moog's due to budget constraints. I'm running V-8 Olds Cutlass/Regal springs with about 3/4 coil cut off. Sits about stock height. Handles well.
sbb regal i would suggest using turbo buick poly mounts as the v6 mount are mushy and give alot. and i would cut a coil to a set of strong moogs. most everything from the v6 should work. almost self explanitory for a v6 to 350 swap andy
