I have a buddy that's in charge of an estate, in which he has some vehicles to sell. Some of them are Buicks. I may be buying one of them, but there were a couple more that may strike some interest here.

One of them is a 76 or 77 Buick Limited 4 dr. Dark red/maroon with the dark maroon interior. 7K miles on it and it still has the original window sticker in the window! Not a reproduction sticker! Absolutely like new condition. Not really a hot rod by any stretch, but cool none the less.

The other is a 1969 Buick Electra 225 convertible. White with black top and dark red interior. 32K miles on this one. Very, very nice car!!!!

He also has two Skylark "Sun Coupes" that are in need of full restorations, but are all there. I didn't see these cars so I can't comment on their condition. Neither one is a GS.

I won't know the prices on these for a few weeks. I can probably get pictures by then also, but I thought that I'd just plant a seed in case anyone is really interested in one of them.

I won't tell anyone what I'm getting until it's in my garage!!! LOL

Well, the day has finally come that I picked up my new ride from this estate. It's a 71 Riv with 53K miles......all original and never touched. I'm going to simply go through it and make sure it's 100% good to drive and then put a set of wheels/tires on it....... then just DRIVE it!! LOL It's really nice, especially being a Wisconsin car and never been messed with. I do believe that the deck lid was repainted a long time ago, as it shows way different than the rest of the car. Paint cracking and chipping off in spots. I'll try to have the deck lid repainted to match the 53 year old paint.

Also, I have a few pics of the 69 Electra 225. It has 14K miles on it! All original! It's in dire need of a deep cleaning, especially on the interior as it has the mildew spots all over the vinyl. But, what potential this car has!! I beleive he was going to ask $30K for this car. Anyone interested can get in touch with me and I can get you his number.........

Both of these cars were originally owned by the owner of a Buick dealership in Wisconsin. They were from his personal collection and only driven on occasion. They still have the 76 or 77 Buick Limited 4 dr. Dark red/maroon with the dark maroon interior. 7K miles on this one...... it's basically a NEW 46 year old car! Too bad it's a 4 door, but still not a bad deal at $10K!

Nice Riv. I'd be driving that to the Nationals in May! I like the Electra but just not in the cards.

Steve, any pictures of the 4 door? 77 would be the smaller body car compared to a 76 which is huge.

I didn't take any pictures of the 4 door, but you can slightly see it next to the 69 225. I would guess then that it's a 76 as it's big........

I bet that 69 convert, would sure look pretty in a parade with the top down and all that maroon interior cleaned up and shining! Larry.
