Installing a S-Divider intake on an 455, there is an threaded hole on the left rear corner (pass side rear) It doesn't look look like I need this for anything and I want to plug it off but I'm not sure of the size? Can anyone help?

    Thanks,

On my S-Divider there were several holes I needed plugged. I took the manifold to NAPA and they located the correct brass plugs I needed.

That would be great accept I have already installed the Intake and don't want to take it back off.

    Thanks.

:Dou: Yikes! I hadn't considered that.

I suggest measuring the diameter og the hole then, and telling the NAPA guy what you need. NAPA's good that way. It is a basic brass plug. And cheap. You can buy a couple for each hole, then return the ones that dont fit.

I believe the hole your refering to is sized 3/8ths inch npt(national pipe thread). should be the same size as the heater hose nipple. The two larger ones on the front are for the water temp and transmission controlled spark switch/ thermostatic vacuum switch and they are 1/2 inch npt.
