Not really, time and stuff is all unknown, but they are working on it. Sorta like my Wildcat project.........
Ted, Do you know what is happening for the people that gave Tom a deposit on the roller rockers? I emailed him about mine, but did not hear back. I didn't follow up as I know he will make good on it some way, some day. I am sure the situation is stressful enough without people bothering him about dates. Anyway, I am not worried; just curious. Cheryl
i wanna know the price for the roller rockers im dyin to get them i just got my heads ported with the T/A stainless valves and i got my offy port matched i cant wait to get her running right now im trying to sel my two vw's for 2 grand so i can put all the money in my nailhead.
I'm not sure about the prepaid to Tom orders. I emailed him prior to talking to TA and have not heard from hime either. I need a mini starter too! I can't wait to see that wagon rolling there Damian! :Brow: Ted
anyone in the so cal inland empire area wanting to buy two volkswagen beetles for $2,000 i need to sell them so i can order my forged pistons for the nailhead and get my roller rockers and cam and some other things..
im going crasy with anticipation i wanna fire up the nailhead so bad all i need is a few grand and shell be alive then i can get her dyno'ed!!!
The stock valve covers are just a little too tight for the current design of the rockers. Tom is determined to keep the stock covers so is working on finding a way to make em fit and still work correctly. Just contact Tom for a mini-starter, they are sweet! A real must have if you're running headers.
haha lol how much taller are the offy valve covers than the stockers id look but im too lazy to dig them up right now...
Tom responded to my email with some encouraging words! "I just drove my car with the prototypes almost 1000 miles for more R&D as well as drag strip testing on mine & my friends car. Things are looking very promising as far as a performance increase." (Tom) I'd be happy to test them too...
If they will work with stock cast covers and are a bolt in I'm going to start saving up my money! :Brow:
