i run the 113a cam with the adjustable pushrods, and the strong stock rocker set up, WILL I SEE MUCH of a h.p. gain if i go to roller rockers, also im swithing to the 110 cam this winter , will it help a cam like that , h.p. wise. the 113a cam is about .240 dur. .500 lift, the 110 is .270 dur. 542 lift . the main reason im changing cams is running the 113a cam threw 2 1/2, long turbos and crossover, it is a real sleeper, i guess my ego wants to feel and here my money, a little more horse would be nice also
From what I understand, you would free up a small percentage of horsepower because the roller rockers will have less resistence due to the "rollers". Also If you'd ever go to a solid cam roller rockers would give you another tuning tool, plus rollers are easier to adjust then the adj. push rods. Good luck. Gary G
Guess I didn't understand why you are changing cams, but I would be nervous about running stamped steel rocker arms with a .542 lift just because of the strength. Did you mention that you are turbo chargning? Make sure you consider that when selecting your valvesprings. -Bob Cunningham
