Hi all, I just received my mounting kits from YO, and was wondering if anyone has the measurements for mounting the metal strips that go on the fenders and maybe a pic or two of how they are mounted. Thanks for any help, Harry
The strips are mounted to the car using 1/4" hex head sheet metal screws. You want the top of the rocker panel cover about 1/8" below the top edge of the rocker panel where it meets the bottom of the door area. You will see a line on the rear qtr and the panel cover goes below that line. Use a chalk line to make your marked line to drill holes. There are 5 discs per side. Use an 1/8" drill to make the holes.
