Dan posted this 50 minutes video on his channel, it's about the past 300 days restoring the château:

Watched this at work last night. Pretty amazing but I see a LONG road ahead for this young man.

 

He's earning plenty money through his YouTube channel to fund it.
He also stars in a reality tv show on British television (Channel 4) named "Escape to the Château".

He's not really in a hurry, daily short (about 9 minutes each) uploads on YouTube are bringing in cash.
Easy does it.
