Here's a nicely restored Big Block Steering Shaft I recently finished. Details as follows:

    >Completely disassembled, cleaned, beadblasted, etc.

    >Black parts primed with epoxy (PPG DP90 2 part/catalyzed out of a spray gun...no spray can stuff)

    >The shaft had some pitting in it..... I filled and sanded it.

    >Reprimed shaft

    >Final paint on shaft...a satin black finish

    >Upper Bell cleaned, beadblasted primed and painted

    >Lower cast piece refinished in a darker cast grey with a replated pinch bolt

    >Upper Bell Clamp and Bolt replated, new zinc plated lock nut

    >NEW RUBBER BOOT/SEAL INSTALLED with original clamp

Final greasing and installation of upper bell to shaft with clip will be done once it's sold.

Overall a VERY NICE PIECE and show worthy. I do all the work myself..... I am very thorough and use topnotch materials.

    $175 + shipping.
