is there a vendor which offers reproduction seat upholstery for a 1969 buick lesabre convertible?

    Your choices are:

    Legendary

    PUI

    SMS

in that order. SMS will have the fabric. The question is whether Legendary or PUI make the covers.

    Check www.Buickpartsdirectory.com for their info.

I'm pretty certain the only non-a body repro Buick interiors are early Riveria from Clark's Corvair. Never seen Electra/Le Sabre/Wildcat stuff.

I used these guys for a 56 Buick. They had the old patterns and made the covers out of any material you wanted.
Turned out great, front and back for $375, it had a bench front seat.

I have a sample from SMS Factory original Buckskin Vinyl Top
for a 1969 Riviera. If you want i can post a picture of it or you can
let SMS send you a sample of what you want.
They have just send me a sample for my Buckskin front bench.
It was also factory original Buckskin vinyl that looks different then your
    bench color picture though....
