replacing door hinge pins

replacing door hinge pins???

Hello,
Can anybody tell me if you can replace door hinge pins and bushings with the door still on the car, cause the car was just painted ou:

I don't think you can install the bushings with the door on the car.

 

Not even if you stablize the door and remove one pin at a time?

 

With the original hinge pins, they have cleaves that hold them in place. The best way to remove the original pins is to use die grinder to remove the cleaves. You can not do that with the hinge still in the car.
