    Hey guys,
Started shopping today for interior parts went to a shop to get some pricing for replacing my whole int. Wanted to know if there would be a difference between these preessembled kits or having someone do it custom to match. He gave me a rough price for the complete int. Carpet , Top, Seats, Dash Etc.
If anyone has any experience with either let me know . Thanks for the feed back

I would certainly buy a kit. Most of the vinyl in a factory interior has some sort of molded-in embelishments--fake stitching, patterns, etc. The upholstery shop will not be able to duplicate that.

There are not but two companies that make these for Buicks --Legendary and PUI . I think Legendary is the best hands down. I think most will agree.

    just did it last weekend...

changed my interior from white to black in 6 hours....the original owner of my car bought the interior from year one back in 1991 when they first opened. The interior and carpet were still in the original boxes, as well as all new seat foams. I bought hog ring pliers from the snap on guy ($49.00) and a pound of hogrings ($20) from a local shop. Dyed the visors and earmuffs in about 10 minutes. I still have to dye the headliner, but that won't take long. replaced all the carpet as well. All this took me about 6 hours. My hands were sore, but it was well worth it and pretty easy.... I have heard that lengendary covers are better quality than pui also...
