On the electric grid type rear defrosters, re-attaching the male spade to the grid, how hot can you get it to resolder before the glass blows up? I’ve resoldered my wife’s in her Tahoe 3 times, I’m using a 100 watt soldering iron, is that enough, not enough? How hot can I get it, any worries about the glass exploding? The dogs keep bumping it and it pops off.
