Your '67 and my '68 are just about identical cars (mine has A/C) I did no drilling nor did I have to remove the inner or outer fender. The glove box liner and ash try will need to be removed.

    Hi guys,

i did heater core job today, and for those who are planning it, there are one hidden bolt inside the heater box. It is drivers side, and it is visible after you remove black box what routed air to the side vents.
That black plastic box is mounted front side of heater box.
And more, there is two mounting bolts at engine bay. Easy to open, but have to know.

My car is 67 Wildcat with AC.

With the exception of a few early 60's Chryslers, and a few full-sized Fords built in the 70s, Just about all heater cores are a pain in the ---. Generally, it is American auto manufacturing policy to place the heater core on the assembly line first, then build the car around it.

That's pretty good! I had a Polish Sergeant Major who was a classmate at the Sergeants Major Academy teach us that!
