I have a 1977 Buick Regal Coupe. My dash is cracked. I found a company in a different state that restores dashes. So, I have to remove my dash and send it away UPS. Does anyone have advice on dash board removal? Can an average "Joe" do it, or would I need a mechanic?
It's supposed to be easy enough. I'm swapping my 73 Regal dash this weekend (just the dash pod part with the gauges). If you don't find out before Monday, I'll let you know what I run in to. MARK
If you are speaking about Just Dashes....I would strongly suggest you find another pad in the same color or a different color so it can be dyed. Their pricing is very high.
How to Find One That's the company. Right, their prices are up there. I would go with a different dash if I could find one. Do you have any suggestions on finding a different dash?
You need to verify what years interchange....I am going to guess 73-77 but I am not sure. Once your find out, I would post a wanted ad here and see what happens.
