I remember trying to stay up to watch Saturday Night Live, usually fell asleep durung Fantasy Island. I came into this world in '72 so was just a baby during the 70's. Other shows I remember include The Hulk, Wonder Woman, Gong Show, Starsky and Hutch, Dukes of Hazzard. What about Saturday Morning and Early weekday Cartoons? Scooby Doo, Woody Woodpecker, Looney Tunes, Star Blazers...
Remember the show Lucan, The Wolf Boy? It was about some kid who was raised with a pack of wolves and when he gets mad, he reverts back to the wild. What a wild show that was!! Some other favorites of mine, but they might not all be from the 70's: The Banana Splits Battlestar Galactica Run Joe Run (About the German Shepherd that had flashbacks to Vietnam) Dork (er I mean Mork) and Mindy (Was a spin off of a Happy Days episode or two) There was another weird afternoon show that I used to watch all the time, it had Ruth Buzz and the guy who played Gomer Pyle, they were aliens and had a flying saucer in some kids' backyard. I just remember that they had what looked like reel-to-reel tape decks, attached to the front of the their space suits My major TV shows were the typical stuff from the 60's though, Gilligan's Island and Lost in Space have always been two of my favorite TV shows, along with Speed Racer.
