I tried permatex. Worked great mirror hung onto the windshield for a month until i drove it for the first time. I drove to the store and it made it about 1/4 from the house and fell off.

    So what do you recommend?

Have you tried cleaning the spot with alcohol first?

Use the "ultra" I think it's called works much better than the standard,...also just put a drop,....like literally a drop,..more adhesive doesn't mean it will stick better you want it thin

Don't use superglue or you will end up with a cracked windshield. There is no need to ask me how I know.

Try 3M high bond, works great or Loctite rear view mirror adhesive.
