is the bp 8.2 rearend that crappy?can it hold with an eaton posi and some american gears or is it just trash?the rear end shop close to me told me to put an 8.5 chevy that is much better.
rear If you do a search(above) you will find lots of info on the rears. Basically its easier and cheaper to go with a BOP 8.5 rear. The 8.2 is a good rear, just too unique for many aftermarket parts and support. A chevy rear will require, I think, I special u-joint . - Bill
