This is for a 1964 Buick Special OR a Skylark. Identical. Possibly 1965 as well. Complete studs with nuts. Chrome has slight pitting but shows "bright" RWB shield looks pretty vibrant as well. Excellent for a rechrome or good for a driver. $75.00 shipped on my dime! ws
