    Hi Ken,
The covers are the same as those used for the front straps at the ceiling.
Colour has been my stumbling block, tan , to be specific.
Couple possibles out there right now, but nothing in my hands.

Next obstacle are these strap clips pictured. Belt passed through the opening twice & then stitched. The strap was pulled upward to adjust for the user. The clip kept the slack in place. This black set is an original from a '72 Chevelle. Will be sending it to a seatbelt shop to be duplicated in tan. He believes he has the clips in tan, or at least something very close.
This Summer season may be over by the time I get a completed set ready for install. No hurry, next May isn't that far away.

    Finally got everything together.
Installed this afternoon. Won't see too many cars with this option.
Thought the upper straps were going to be a bit short. Ends up they look a bit long at the top end. I may take them off & shorten a few inches.
Thanks to everyone who provided information & assistance on this one.

    Steve,

So what parts did you finally use? Where did each specific belt length come from?

    Ken,
Found & purchased a NOS set of front shoulder belts. Had the hardware changed end to end. The large female buckle is on the upper portion, the small male piece is on the lower portion.
Made the anchor brackets from information supplied by Dave "WE1" here on this board.
The adjuster clips I bought black NOS. Had some paint mixed the same colour as the end covers for these.
Thought the belts would be a little short. Turns out they are a little long. I may shorten them once I get the car home.

So the front sholder belts are for the shoulder portion, but for the lap portion, did you just use regular rear lap belts and use the same male and female latches already present?

The set was designed as a front seat shoulder belt set up. Shoulder strap had the male end, the lap portion had the female buckle.
    I had the ends reversed.
Now the shoulder portion has the buckle & the lap portion has the male end.
Standard rear seat lap belts had two short straps. One with a male end, one with a buckle.
