Thought I'd try this again as I didn't get many responses last time with this subject. What are you guys with full weight 11 sec. GS Skylarks using for rear shocks and coil springs ? Thanks, John B.

    John,

I was running Moog replacement springs and QA-1 sgl adjustable shocks on mine.....high 10's to low 11's. I know that the springs are there just for ride height so most any spring that has the desired ride height should be okay. As far as shocks go the sky is the limit but I would bet that a sgl adjustable would be okay for the mid to high 10's and up.

    Hope that helps.

Original factory coils with KYB gas-ad-just shocks.

Moog 5401 springs. They are not stiff.

    Cheapo $15 Monroe gas shocks.

I went with competition engineering 3-way adjustables and they are great. Like 60$ from summit. Moroso rear springs and I hate em. Go cruise the carcraft.com website, they have some good writeups on A-body suspensions somewere.

Tyler Northcutt Just an old pile of parts

I just run stock springs in the back with cheap summit adjustable shocks.

    Opa Torque/a 8 piston figure

I use stock springs in front and rear.
And changed in 2006 to KONI SP1A dragshocks they work very well!
These shocks lowered the car 1 or 2 inches also (never measured it up).
It gets a lower stance front and rear.
