What good did these do? And what type of cars did they come on. I have a set that was on an old parts car, but have never seen them before. I am curious if they help and how. Also, if you have a pic of how they are bolted on would be appreciated, as I have had them sitting around the garage for a while now and am not sure how they go. Thanks, Mike
Here is a pic of a rear with Hotchkis rear control arm connectors. They connect the fronts of the upper and lower control arms and add ridigity to the system. A very good piece. Here they are at Summitracing.com: http://store.summitracing.com/defau...eywordSearch&Ntt=hotchkis+trailing+arm+braces
Do the aftermarket fit the same places as stock? I have a set of stock supports that I am referring to. Thanks for the reply Phil Mike
Yes, stock supports bolt up in the same place. I have them on my car. They even use the bolts that are in there, whereas the Hotchkis ones use new bolts because of their ends.
They were standard on GS's and can be found on some Monte Carlos, and Elcaminos maybe other makes as well. Not standard equipment for skylarks. :beer
