ok after reading the bad about poly,i am going with rubber.upper and lower control arms, bushings are $8ea from the parts place.my question is:are the bushings that mount in the axle housing the same size as the control arm bushings?so i need 8 alltogether?i see the 64 kits for sale dont include the axle bushings.65 does, but i cant find out if all 8 are the same size.i can save about $30.00 if i buy them individually, instead of in kit form.

Does the kit include new bolts? It seems a waste to go to all that work and not put in new hardware.

On 68-72 models, all 8 are the same and you can use the original hardware. The bolts are grade 8 and I have never seen one fail.

I am going to say 65-72 use the same bushings. Also, I think they continued to use the same bushings until 1978. I get mine at Autozone for $9-10 each
I don't know exactly buy I think the bushings are FB254
