rear brake shoes

    didn't the skylark gs come with 2.5 inch rear brakes. my 65 has only 2 inch rear brakes. what's up with that ?

    Bigpig455 Fastest of the slow....

    Mine are 2.0.... maybe someone switched the drums and shoes over the years, but the backing plates should be different too, no?

    65 GS is same as Skylark. The only diff. is the front wheel cylinder bore diameter. GS was slightly larger.

    . the backing plates are for 2 inch shoes. yes it does have the bigger wheel cylinders up front
